Rex Golden

Rex Golden is a licensed real estate professional and property manager based on the island of Maui. Originally from Longmont, Colorado, Rex first began visiting Hawaii in the late 2000s and developed a lasting connection to the islands. After spending time on both Maui and the Big Island, he made Maui his permanent home in 2014 and obtained his real estate license the following year.

Rex lived in South Maui (Kihei) for six years, giving him in-depth knowledge of that side of the island and its neighborhoods, communities, and rental market. He now resides in West Maui, where he first settled when he originally moved to the island. Having lived and worked in multiple areas of Maui allows Rex to offer clients valuable perspective on the island’s diverse regions and lifestyles. He is knowledgeable in the markets from Kapalua to Wailea/Makena.

Since obtaining his real estate license in 2015, Rex has built a strong career in property management and has found that this is where his true passion lies. He is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting his clients’ investments while providing high-quality service to both property owners and tenants.

Rex brings a strong background in customer service and a practical work ethic shaped by experience in several industries, including food service, landscaping, excavation, and retail. These roles helped develop his reputation as a dependable problem-solver, effective communicator, and natural leader.

Rex takes pride in putting his clients first and providing honest, reliable guidance whether they are buying, selling, or renting property. His approach is rooted in clear communication, integrity, and a genuine desire to help clients feel confident and informed throughout every step of the process.

Outside of work, Rex enjoys staying active, spending time at the beach, watching sports, and exploring Maui’s many hiking trails. His appreciation for island living and community allows him to help clients not just find properties, but truly feel at home in Hawaii.
